Ty Woms is a lovely single-storey, stone-built cottage situated within the grounds of the owners' home, on the edge of the village of Llanengan, one mile from Abersoch. This cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and an electric fire. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a patio with furniture and shared use of lawned gardens. Ty Woms is an ideal romantic retreat with plenty to see and do within reach, including sandy beaches and boat trips.

Electric convector heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent, please bring own towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture, plus shared use of lawned gardens. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, restaurants and beach 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There are four external steps from the rear patio down to the shared lawned garden area. Note: Babes-in-arms only. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar. Note: This owner requires a Good Housekeeping bond of £75. Check in time is 7pm and check out time is 9am

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
