The owners have taken great pride in restoring this Grade 2 listed Georgian house to provide two luxury apartments. The renovation has followed the original features in a sympathetic way, with moulding replicated, brick and stone walls exposed, floorboards cleaned, sanded and polished. The modern kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge with ice compartment, slimline dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There is a dining table and four dining chairs. The living area has a comfortable sofa and chair, window seat, wood burning stove and SMART TV. There are two bedrooms. The double bedroom has a king size bed and the single bedroom has a day bed that can convert into a double bed by prior request. There is a wet room with shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The rear private courtyard has garden furniture and there is a front shared courtyard with garden bench. As with most houses in Beaumaris there is no private parking. The Green parking is very close by and you can purchase daily or weekly tickets. You will find everyone friendly, with a selection of bars, pubs and restaurants nearby. We can recommend the local bakery for a fine loaf of bread, delicious pies and pasties and, of course, delicious cakes. Price Information

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
