Sheperd's View is a detached sheperd's hut situated in the countryside near Rhayader in Powys. It has one double bed studio accommodation, with a shower room, the property can sleep two people. Also inside there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with a lawn area and patio with a hot tub. Sheperd's View is a delightful little cottage in a beautiful location.

Enclosed lawn and patio with hot tub. Two well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Four steps up to property. Note: The bed pulls down on top of the sitting area. Note: Hot tub is cleaned on changeover and can take up to 12 hours to be back to optimal temperature. Note: Check in is 4pm. Note:This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250. No infants allowed

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
